BE OF SERVICE, NOT RECEIVING SERVICE
“The challenge of leadership is to be strong, but not rude; be kind, but not weak; be bold, but not bully; be thoughtful, but not lazy; be humble, but not timid; be proud, but not arrogant; have humor, but without folly.”
― Jim Rohn
A trademark of True leader is full of intent to serve
without thinking of self-serving interest at its best;
A reality how to do things in making things realizable
for authentic benefactors not at its allusion in its worst.
Stingy transaction always make someone demise,
surely the passage of its folly will be a premise
to do self-serving motivation to disguise
the mastery of treachery as if it is a Poltergeist.
So does an old cliche niches states that
the ends does not justify the means.
We never see a true heart of leader that
a true service in light of all means
give heart of true stewardship
in sake of others benefits and effects.
